การแข่งขัน National Thailand Barista Championship 2009 ได้แข่งขันเสร็จสิ้นไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 19-22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ที่เดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันทั้งหมด 22 คน เข้าประชันฝีมือกันในงานนี้ และผู้ชนะจะได้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยไปแข่งขันที่เวทีระดับโลก World Barista Championship 2009 ที่แอตแลนต้า ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในระหว่างวันที่ 16-19 เมษายน 2552
National Thailand Barista Championship 2009 Within Thailand Coffee Tea & Drink 2009 at The Mall Bangkapi on 19-22 February last month has organized National Thailand Barista Championship 2009 (NTBC 2009) with 22 competitors are competed on this stage. The champion will be represents Thailand to compete in World Barista Championship 2009 in Atlanta, USA on 16-19 April 2009. All baristas are developing their skill and full preparation for this battle and now were discovering new star who is the champion for this competition. Her name is Miss Benyapa Naowan, barista from Black Canyon. This is her second time to join this competition and she reaches her fantastic dream. Following with the first runner is Miss Lukkana Daoprai from Patio and the second runner is Miss Sirithai Rungjantuk from Bluecup. Moreover, judge was giving many special prizes for competitors such as The Best Espresso Prize and Head Judge was giving some advice for all Thai baristas in this competition. The Champion NTBC 2009, the 1 st and the 2 nd runner was showed their prizes and take photos together before leaving with the big smile on their faces. การแข่งขัน National Thailand Barista Championship 2009 ได้แข่งขันเสร็จสิ้นไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 19-22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ที่เดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันทั้งหมด 22 คน เข้าประชันฝีมือกันในงานนี้ และผู้ชนะจะได้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยไปแข่งขันที่เวทีระดับโลก World Barista Championship 2009 ที่แอตแลนต้า ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในระหว่างวันที่ 16-19 เมษายน 2552 ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนต่างพัฒนาทักษะและเตรียมตัวมาอย่างดีเยี่ยมเพื่อการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ ละเราก็ได้ดาวมาประดับวงการบาริสต้าไทยคนใหม่ เธอชื่อ นางสาว เบญญาภา เนาวรรณ์ จากบริษัทแบลคแคนยอน ซึ่งเธอได้เข้าแข่งขันในเวทีนี้เป็นปีที่ 2 และเธอก็ทำฝันของเธอให้เป็นจริงในปีนี้ ตามด้วยรองอันดับ 1 น.ส. ลักขณา ดาวพราย จาก Patio และรองอันดับ 3 น.ส. สิริทัย รังจันทึก จาก Bluecup นอกจากนี้คณะกรรมการยังจัดให้มีรางวัลพิเศษ อย่าง เอสเปรสโซ่ยอดเยี่ยม ให้เป็นกำลังใจแก่ผู้เข้าแข่งขันด้วย และหัวหน้าคณะกรรมการยังได้ให้คำแนะนำดีๆ แก่ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคน จากนั้น ทั้งแชมป์และรองแชมป์อันดับที่ 1 และ 2 ก็ร่วมกันถ่ายรูปเป็นที่ระลึกก่อนจากกันไปด้วยใบหน้าที่เต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้มแห่งความยินดีของทุกคน |
